Last year, I helped my sister update her business website. She noticed that many visitors were checking it on phones, but some left. The text was hard to read, buttons were difficult to tap, and a few pages did not fit the screen well. At first, she thought the problem was getting more visitors. We decided to improve the website instead. We changed the layout, made the buttons clearer, resized the images, and checked pages on different phones.
