Moving to usage-based pricing rather than the seat-based pricing: Worth the churn risk?

We are also thinking of switching to a pay as you use model of usage, but I am terrified of the initial revenue shock and disorienting my existing customers. Is anyone within the community techzeel successful in doing this? How did you go about transitioning existing customers and not losing them?
