Most of the times when people want to find a solution to Hotmail account hacked; they are unable to access their account. This may be because that the hacker has changed their account password. When you can't access your account because the Hotmail account hacked, the only thing you can do is try recovering it using the password reset page on Hotmail Live or Outlook.com. You can recover your lost account by following the below steps.

Step 1: Visit the Hotmail password reset page at https://account.live.com/resetpassword.aspx.

Step 2: You will be displayed a box in which you need to check the "I think someone else is using my Microsoft account" and press the "Next" button.

Step 3: At this step, provide your valid email address of the account you want to recover and then enter the verification code that you see on the screen. Click "Next" when you are done.

Step 4: Now, select the recovery method from the two options - Email or Phone number.

Step 5: Now, provide a backup email or phone number and then click "Send code".

Step 6: Retrieve the code sent to the email address or the phone number and then enter it one the account recovery page.

Step 7: Finally, you can enter a new password for your Hotmail account and get back your Hotmail account hacked.

Note: You should select a combination of alphabets as well as numeric characters as your new password. This makes the password strong and more difficult to crack. Never use guessable passwords for securing your Hotmail or other email accounts.
