At First set you iTunes connected with wifi and aftermath it you should sync your ios devices through wifi. Firstly you have to open itunes and make it confirm that it may be latest version or not. Connect Usb cable with your ios device. Find and select ios phone. Select sync afterthat disconnect usb with computer. If still you have tech issues itunes contact number are open 24/7
